Payments
All treatments must be paid in advance at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled free of charge.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation with fees applied.

Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule online up to 48 hours before their appointment.
